PRODUCTION CAPABILITY · PRODUCTION CAPABILITY

Six Major Process Units, Complete Process from Molding to Shipment

Injection Molding, Stamping, Assembly, 100% Quality Inspection, Engineering Design, and Testing Laboratory — Six units, each self-contained yet seamlessly interconnected, ensuring precision and consistency in-house.

Injection Molding Production Line
Molding

Injection Molding

Providing precision structural component molding services for consumer electronics and automotive sectors with highly automated injection molding production lines.

Fully automated rotary indexing production lines integrate automatic loading, molding, laser marking, and AOI (Automated Optical Inspection) into a seamless workflow, achieving an automation rate of over 99%. AOI performs 100% visual inspection (each unit equipped with 3 sets of lenses), automatically rejecting defective parts while qualified products are directly collected for shipment.

  • Automation rate exceeding 99%
  • Integrated Molding-Laser Marking-AOI workflow
  • AOI equipped with 3 sets of lenses per unit
  • Precision components such as SIM trays / Automotive parts
Automated Assembly Line
Assembly

Automated Assembly

Achieving high-consistency batch delivery through fully automated assembly lines for the mating, testing, and sorting of precision connectors.

Six-axis robotic arms handle material picking, rotary indexing positioning, and assembly, with male and male ends processed on independent production lines. Integrated online visual inspection and electrical performance testing (contact resistance and voltage) are included; NG (No Good) products are automatically rejected, realizing an automated workflow of "Loading-Assembly-Testing-Sorting".

  • Six-axis robotic arm picking and assembly
  • Online visual inspection + resistance/voltage testing
  • Automatic NG rejection, qualified product release
  • Separate production lines for male/female ends
100% Quality Inspection Station
Inspection

100% Quality Inspection

Dual stations featuring automated inspection and manual 100% inspection at the production line end ensure 100% visual inspection of outgoing products.

Located at the end of the production line, automated equipment performs batch optical screening, while manual stations conduct piece-by-piece visual confirmation. This dual-check process directly synchronizes with the production cycle, enabling rapid visual judgment and feedback for outputs from molding and assembly stages.

  • Dual stations: Automated + Manual 100% inspection
  • 100% visual inspection for outgoing products
  • Direct synchronization with production cycle
  • Final visual checkpoint before factory exit
Engineering & Design
Engineering

Engineering & Design

Processing customer product digital models to complete modeling, programming, measurement, and welding simulation validation, providing upfront technical assurance for mass production.

Modeling and machining program compilation are completed based on customer 3D digital models, with CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine) and other precision measurement equipment configured to control key dimensions and geometric tolerances. Capable of welding simulation validation, utilizing Japanese imported simulation equipment to measure dynamic warpage variations in welding zones, identifying mass production risks in advance.

  • Customer 3D digital model modeling & programming
  • Precision measurement control via CMM
  • Japanese imported welding simulation equipment
  • Primarily serving high-precision products such as automotive parts

Testing Laboratory Center

An independent Testing Laboratory Center covering four major test categories: Dimensional & Visual, Material & Process, Electrical Performance, and Mechanical Reliability, providing full-process validation capabilities for products.

Electrical Performance 1000A / 10,000V The thermal cycling temperature rise test bench supports a maximum current of 1000A, monitoring surface temperature rise in real-time; high-voltage testing reaches up to 10,000V, validating insulation resistance, dielectric strength, and safety clearance.
Mechanical Reliability 10,000 cycles / 500 cycles Mating durability equipment validates the 10,000-cycle mating life of male and female ends; drop testing covers front, back, and all side faces for 500 cycles each, triggering an alarm if signal interruption exceeds 0.1 microseconds.
Environmental Adaptability 85°C/85%RH / Salt Spray 72h Environmental test chambers and Dual 85 testing (85°C / 85%RH, 96 hours and above), along with salt spray test chambers (48 / 72 hours), validate coating quality and long-term weather resistance.
Material & NDT X-Ray / Coating Thickness Moisture analyzers, melt flow indexers, Vickers hardness testers, roughness testers, abrasion resistance and viscosity testing; X-Ray penetrates to inspect internal metal components, coating thickness gauges measure plating, and X-ray fluorescence spectrometers control RoHS and Halogen compliance.

Special projects not currently feasible in-house (such as high-demand tests like hexavalent chromium corrosion) are completed through third-party testing agencies to ensure complete and reliable validation results.

Automated Stamping Production Line
Stamping

Stamping

Completing metal sheet forming with automated stamping production lines, providing precision semi-finished parts for downstream assembly processes.

Raw materials primarily consist of copper, stainless steel, and aluminum, processed by stamping presses. Loading and unloading utilize automatic clamping and transfer; personnel are not involved in material handling, effectively ensuring machining precision and operational safety, with semi-finished products flowing directly to the assembly unit for further processing.

  • Copper / Stainless Steel / Aluminum sheets
  • Integrated loading, stamping, and blanking
  • No personnel involvement in material handling
  • Seamless connection between Stamping and Precision Assembly
